All new accounts get a 14-day free trial with full Pro features.
No credit card is required for the trial.
You will never be automatically charged after the trial ends โ you choose to subscribe.
If you subscribe to any paid Brixen HQ plan and are not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your first payment.
To request a refund, contact us via email at sales@brixenhq.com or WhatsApp us. We will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
This guarantee applies to your first subscription payment only.
After the 30-day guarantee period, subscriptions are non-refundable.
You can cancel at any time โ your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
We do not offer partial refunds for unused days in a billing period after 30 days.
Refunds will not be issued if your account was terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service.
Custom Enterprise agreements may have different refund terms as specified in the agreement.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Plans page inside Brixen HQ.
Cancellation stops future billing but does not trigger a refund unless you are within the 30-day guarantee period.
After cancellation, you retain access to Brixen HQ until the end of your current billing period.
Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation, giving you time to export everything.
