When you use Brixen HQ to manage your gym, we store: member data (names, phone numbers, membership details), payment records, attendance logs, and staff information that you enter into the system.
We automatically collect: your IP address, browser type, device information, and pages visited on our website for analytics and security purposes.
To provide and operate the Brixen HQ service.
To send you account-related emails (password reset, billing notifications).
To send WhatsApp messages to your gym members on your behalf (only when you configure and enable this feature).
To improve our product based on usage patterns.
We do NOT sell your data to third parties. Ever.
Your data is stored on secure cloud servers. All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest.
We use industry-standard security practices to protect your information.
Your gym member data belongs to you. We act only as a data processor on your behalf.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active.
If you cancel your subscription, your data is retained for 30 days to allow for export. After 30 days, data may be permanently deleted.
You can export all your data at any time from inside the Brixen HQ dashboard.
We use the following third-party services to operate Brixen HQ:
• Razorpay — for processing online payments (subject to Razorpay's privacy policy)
• Twilio — for sending WhatsApp messages (subject to Twilio's privacy policy)
• Resend — for sending transactional emails (subject to Resend's privacy policy)
These services receive only the minimum data necessary to perform their function.
You have the right to: access your data, correct inaccurate data, export your data, and delete your account.
